A good thing: Seeing an ex and realizing that they've completely let themselves go. Fat, sweaty, slovenly... the works. Always a good ego boost.
A not so good thing: Seeing an ex and realizing that they look REALLY good. Like "Why the hell didn't you ever look that good when we were together?!?!" good.

Okay, ya have a point...but just because a smelly piece of crap starts growing flowers on the surface doesn't mean it's anything more than a smelly piece of crap in the middle.
Well, and looking good doesn't really count when you yourself are not responsible. If you've had somebody basically play dress up with you, you can't take responsibility for it. I mean...anybody can do that.
